I love the slow cooker! If I could make everything in there I would - pop it on in the morning and it's ready when you get home. Too easy.

Pulled pork can be served in so many ways! My favourites are in lettuce cups with loads of yummy salad bits or with roast vegetables.

This recipe is Gluten free and Paleo friendly.

Homemade Tomato Sauce
This is a super easy recipe that last for approximately 2 weeks in your fridge. I make a double recipe, filling up the ketchup bottle and leaving the rest for other recipes like Pulled Pork or Spag Bog. And most importantly, the kids haven't noticed the difference from store bought ketchup!

This recipe is Gluten free and Paleo friendly.
