Banana Bread

Gluten, dairy and nut free

This is so easy and quick to make! This banana bread will go down a treat with everyone from the children to the grandparents.

The recipe has a nut free and dairy free options, and they all taste good.
Ingredients:
3 medium ripe bananas
1/2 cup of melted butter or coconut oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut sugar or melted honey 
Sprinkle of sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond meal or 1/3 cup tapioca flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Throw bananas, butter or oil eggs and vanilla in a kitchen blender and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again. If you don't have a kitchen blender or the likes, mixing by hand is fine.
Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin or silicon loaf tin and bake for 40minutes.

Serve:
Nut version, with butter once cooled slightly.
Nut free, wait until cooled completely before slicing.
