BBQ Pulled Pork

Quick and Child Friendly

I love the slow cooker! If I could make everything in there I would - pop it on in the morning and it's ready when you get home. Too easy.

Pulled pork can be served in so many ways! My favourites are in lettuce cups with loads of yummy salad bits or with roast vegetables.

This recipe is Gluten free and Paleo friendly.

Ingredients:
1.2 - 1.5kg shoulder pork
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of Coconut Aminos or 3 Tb of Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Honey
Salt and Pepper 

Method:
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and turn on low.

Walk away for approx 8 hours. If you are at home during this time - turn your meat over.
Serve with your selection of vegetables.
