Christmas Day Meal Plan

Have a healthy and happy food day!


Christmas is definitely a time 
when we over indulge and need an afternoon nana nap to sleep off all that extra food! So we wanted to help you plan your Christmas Day food to keep you feeling great, healthy and full of energy.

Here is our Christmas Day menu, all gluten and dairy free, paleo friendly.

Entree:
Baked sausages or asparagus wrapped bacon 
Cheese and meat platter with gherkins, olives, sun dried tomatoes, cucumber wheels and simple paleo free bread.

Main Course:

Roast Turkey or Chicken, arrowroot to thicken the gravy or just the bird juices from the pan
Baked Ham or Salmon
Green Salad with your favourites!
Fresh boiled peas with mint
Fresh new potatoes, maybe with butter
Steamed new carrots, maybe with butter

Pudding:
Fresh strawberries and raspberries with whipped cream or coconut cream
Grain free trifle, you can find our sponge recipe here!
Paleo chocolates but use vanilla essence and add in roasted almonds! 

Supper:

Cuppa Tea and Christmas Cake

Alcohol:
Enjoy a glass of wine or two, we aren't here to take away all the fun! It is a celebration and family day afterall.
