An easy filling breakfast option!
This smoothie uses coconut milk instead of dairy milk. The yummy fat in the coconut will make you feel more satisfied and fuller for longer!
200mls of coconut milk
1/2 cup of frozen berries
2 large tablespoons of Greek yogurt or COYO for a dairy free version
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Optional extras: Protein Powder, Vanilla Essence, Cocoa or LSA.
Mix all ingredients in a blender or with a stick blender and DRINK :-)
