Mixed Berry Chia Jam
So easy I don't know why it took me so long! The kids are really enjoying this on fresh homemade bread, yoghurt or sometimes they just sneaked on it's own.
2 cups of Frozen Berries (I love Raspberries but use whatever you like the most)
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Honey (optional)
Heat the berries in a saucepan on the stove until hot.
Mashed them with a potato masher, then add the chia seeds and honey.
Mix to combine and then pour it into a jar.
Store in the fridge and keep for up to 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
