Paleo Wraps

Everyone loves a good wrap, right!!??

Having a simple wrap recipe is essential for healthy eating with kids! You can put so many tasty foods into a wrap and the kids love being involved in filling them up.

Try this easy wrap recipe which is gluten, grain and dairy free.


*PALEO WRAPS*

Makes 5 small wraps.

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
4 tablespoons tapioca flour
1 teaspoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon of water
1-2 pinches of salt


Instructions:

Mix all together in a bowl
Heat a non stick 20cm pan to medium heat
Using a measuring cup pour in 1/8 cup of mixture at a time, spread around pan and cook for approx. 1 min before flipping and doing other side.

Remove and let cool on paper towel. Eat immediately with your favourite fillings or store in an airtight bag or container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
