What was the best thing about the Meal Plans?

I think the best thing about the Meal Plans was that you knew exactly what you were going to have at each meal time.  It made you more organised.  There was a range of different meals and if there was something on the meal plan you did not like you were able to change them around.  The meal plan was great for the whole family.

Did you find anything challenging?

The only thing I thought at first that would be challenging would be the no alcohol.  Surprisingly this was not as much of a challenge as I thought.

Other than weight loss, what other improvements did you notice?

I really noticed the change in the shape of my body and I felt really good with myself.  I seemed more relaxed.  My fitness levels have really improved.

Will you continue to eat this way now that the 10 week challenge has finished?

I will definitely continue to eat the same way as the 10 week challenge.  I enjoyed it so much that I have just started the 10 week challenge for the 2nd time.
