Homemade Mayo

Check out our easy 5 ingredient mayo recipe!

Homemade Mayo
1-2 Egg Yolks (room temperature)
2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon juice
1 teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
Sprinkle Sea Salt or similar seasoning
1 cup approximately of Light Olive Oil

Homemade Tomato Sauce
This is a super easy recipe that last for approximately 2 weeks in your fridge. I make a double recipe, filling up the ketchup bottle and leaving the rest for other recipes like Pulled Pork or Spag Bog. And most importantly, the kids haven't noticed the difference from store bought ketchup!

This recipe is Gluten free and Paleo friendly.

Long-haul flights - what food can I eat?
Recently we travelled from Christchurch, NZ to London on Singapore Airlines. We eat a 90% Paleo / Processed food free diet at home therefore on a long-haul flight with two children under 6, we thought it was essential to stick to our normal food choices as much as possible. The last thing you need when you are on a plane for 24 hours is for your food choices to make you feel worse!

One of the most requested recipes in the 'Paleo' world is that of bread. What always annoyed me about most recipes was that the used vast quantities of almond flour or butter, which made them very expensive. So I have created a bread recipe that was not only crazy simple to make but affordable.

This bread is gluten free, grain free and dairy free. Give it a go!
