So simple to make, you will wonder why you haven't made it before....

One of the most requested recipes in the 'Paleo' world is that of bread. What always annoyed me about most recipes was that the used vast quantities of almond flour or butter, which made them very expensive. So I have created a bread recipe that was not only crazy simple to make but affordable.

This bread is gluten free, grain free and dairy free. Give it a go!

I love Peppermint Slice so tasty - I think this will be a regular in my house.

This recipe is made with Coconut Oil and therefore has loads of fantastic health benefits, plus has no refined sugar in it. It will melt if left out of the fridge though so make sure you eat it up quick - but I'm sire that won't be a problem!

Reduce sugar cravings and emotional eating!

It's biologically, we are designed to seek out sugar. Before the advent of processed foods, sugars only came in the forms of fruit and vegetables. Going out for a walk and finding a fruit tree was a true treat, and we would sit and devour as much as we could! Particularly in preparation for winter.

Now - sugar is everywhere. It's in your cereals, breads, cakes, lollies, sauces, yogurts, chocolate, premade meals, canned goods and pretty much everything else in packets. You get a little and your brain just wants more and more!!! So, how can we reduce those cravings?

Here is my variation of a savoury muffin that has no dairy - of course, if cheese doesn't bother you then adding some cheese on top is a great idea.

I'm always on the hunt for an easy, cost effective muffin that all kids will like - even those who are used to 'normal' store purchased muffins. This recipe is a great transition muffin recipe for when you are removing refined sugars from your diet. It has loads of good fats to keep your kids full plus just enough sweetness so they won't know it's good for them!
