We like to keep it simple. The most effective way to eat to achieve and maintain all your goals is by eating REAL foods and eliminating processed foods.
Simple Tasty Nutrition creates meal plans for you based around the fresh non-processed foods that are low in sugar. You will take your eating back to the basics and eat the food you were designed to eat.
The foods on the menu:
MEAT – CHICKEN – FISH
FRUIT and BERRIES
NUTS and SEEDS
An example of a day:Breakfast – Scrambled Eggs, 1 piece of fruit, handful of almonds
Lunch – Baked Moroccan Chicken Breast, Salad with Feta, drizzle over Olive Oil
Dinner – Pan Fried Steak with Garlic butter, Roast Pumpkin and Steamed Veg
Snacks - Greek Yogurt or Smoothie
After eight weeks of eating the food on the Simple Tasty Nutrition Program, I’m feeling fantastic. My nutrition has become more of a lifestyle now and not a diet as such.
