Flourless Chocolate Cake

The good thing about flourless chocolate cakes is that they have only a few ingredients and are super easy to make. But it's usually pretty hard to find one without heaps of sugar in it, that still tastes good! Here is my flourless chocolate cake creation, not completely sugar free BUT half the amount of most! It is loved by children and adults so suitable for any age birthday. Dairy Free, Sugar Free - Iced Coconut Berry Pops

So delicious and simple, these are the perfect treat for your kids after school on a hot day, or in summer holidays!   Iced Coconut Berry Pops Ingredients: 1 cup Frozen Berries1 medium Banana1 cup Coconut Milk1 tsp natural Vanilla   Method: Blend ingredients together and pour into ice block moulds. Paleo Date 'Scones'

I like creating my own muffin recipes and sometimes they don't work out the best. But these ones are pretty good, they are light and tasty like caramel. In fact, they taste a bit like a good date scone! And who doesn't like a good date scone - something I do miss from my non paleo days.These muffins are Paleo friendly , gluten and dairy free, with only dates and banana to sweeten. They are also a great breakfast or snack on the go. Paleo Frozen 'Caramel' Fudge

These remind me of Roses Fudge Chocolates. They are, in my opinion, way more tasty though and have less sugar! They are a great pudding and sweet treat.They contain no refined sugar, are dairy free and paleo friendly. Frozen 'Caramel' FudgeIngredients:8 Tablespoons of coconut oil, not melted3-4 Tablespoons of carob powder1-2 Tablespoons of honey or pure maple syrup (I use 1)2 Tablespoons of almond butter1/4 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste (I used Queen, even though it contains traces of sugar, not a big deal)Method:Place all ingredients into a double boiler and stir until melted and well combined. Cocoa-Nut Bliss Balls

These Cocoa Nut Balls are an awesome little treat that will keep you going! They are simple to make and taste great, plus have only half the amount of sugar that are in usual bliss balls! Makes 30, depending on the size you want.Ingredients:1.5 cups of dates, soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, then drained1 cup cashew pieces, raw1 cup almonds, raw1 cup desiccated coconut1/4 cup 100% cocoa powder1/4 cup coconut oilMethod:Blitz the nuts in the blender until in small pieces.
