Paleo Chocolate Brownie

The perfect little sweet treat that can be eaten on it's own  or heated with cream. Be wary though, these are addictive! You can find most of the ingredients in my online wholefood store, Nourish & Thrive, at a great price and in plastic-free bio packaging. You can make these as 10 muffins or in a loaf/square baking tin, which will need a bit more cooking time. Homemade Bread Rolls

There is nothing like a crunchy bread roll to go with your winter soup or a decent homemade burger! Here is my simple bread roll recipe that can also been slightly altered to make burgers buns. They are gluten, nut and dairy free. Paleo Wraps

Having a simple wrap recipe is essential for healthy eating with kids! You can put so many tasty foods into a wrap and the kids love being involved in filling them up. Try this easy wrap recipe which is gluten, grain and dairy free! Paleo WrapsMakes 5 small wraps.Ingredients:2 eggs2 tablespoon coconut oil melted4 tablespoons tapioca flour1 teaspoon coconut flour1 tablespoon of water1-2 pinches of saltInstructions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.Heat a non stick 20cm pan to medium heat. Mixed Berry Chia Jam

So easy I don't know why it took me so long! The kids are really enjoying this on fresh homemade bread, yoghurt or sometimes they just sneak on it's own. This jam is also refined sugar free! Mixed Berry Chia JamIngredients:2 cups of Frozen Berries (I love Raspberries but use whatever you like the most)2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup or Honey (optional)Method:Heat the berries in a saucepan on the stove until hot.Mashed them with a potato masher, then add the chia seeds and honey.Mix to combine and then pour it into a jar.Easy!Store in the fridge and keep for up to 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
